IKEA, flat-pack and brand-name furniture built fast, square and solid — wardrobes, beds, desks, shelving and more. Most single pieces are done inside the 1-hour flat rate.
Skip the missing screws and the leftover parts. Our builder-trained techs assemble your furniture correctly, anchor tall units to the wall for safety, and take the boxes to your recycling.

Flat-pack furniture looks simple until you're an hour in with a bag of unlabelled screws and a cam-lock that won't seat. A professional assembler builds the same piece in a fraction of the time, gets every panel square so drawers and doors line up, and — crucially — anchors tall wardrobes and dressers to the wall so they can't tip onto a child.
Because BuildMan charges flat rates, a wardrobe, a bed and a desk can all be knocked out in one 2- or 3-hour visit for less than separate hourly call-outs. We bring our own tools; just have the boxes and instructions on hand. Assembling IKEA pieces is our most-requested job.
No trip charge, no hidden minimums. Most jobs wrap up the same visit. Materials billed at supplier cost.
After 3 hours: $85/hr. Hours doubled if a second technician is needed.
Most single items fit inside our 1-hour ($150) flat rate. Larger pieces like a PAX wardrobe or a bunk bed, or several items together, fall into the 2-hour ($255) or 3-hour ($340) rate. We confirm the tier when you tell us the pieces.
