Those are flat-rate prices that include the technician's time, basic tools, drive, and clean-up. Materials (lumber, tile, paint, fixtures, etc.) are billed at our supplier cost — no markup, with receipts. We tell you the parts cost before purchasing anything.

Absolutely. BuildMan started in 1999 as a full-service home builder. Renovations, additions, basements, and even custom homes are core to what we do. For project work, you'll get a fixed-price quote (not hourly).
