Dishwashers, washers and dryers, over-range microwaves, wall ovens and more — installed, connected to water, drain and power, levelled, and tested before we leave. Most single appliances fit the 1-hour flat rate.
Delivery drivers drop the box at the door; we do the part that matters — hooking up the water, drain and power correctly, levelling the unit, and running it to confirm there are no leaks.

Appliance installs go wrong in quiet, costly ways: a dishwasher drain loop done incorrectly floods the cabinet, a washer hose that isn't seated leaks behind the wall, a dryer vent left disconnected becomes a fire risk. These aren't jobs to guess at. Our builder-trained technicians make the water, drain and power connections properly, level the unit so it runs quietly, and test it before we go.
Because we charge flat rates, we can install a new dishwasher and hook up a washer/dryer in one visit for less than separate call-outs. For any hard-wired electrical or gas connection beyond a handyman's scope, we'll tell you and refer a licensed trade.
No trip charge, no hidden minimums. Most jobs wrap up the same visit. Materials billed at supplier cost.
After 3 hours: $85/hr. Hours doubled if a second technician is needed.
Most single-appliance installs fit our 1-hour ($150) flat rate. If it's a first-time install needing new water/drain lines, it may move to the 2-hour ($255) rate — we'll confirm first.
Yes — we connect and level washers and dryers, check the dryer vent, and test the unit. Stacking kits are handled too.
We'll disconnect and move the old appliance out for your municipal or retailer pickup. We don't haul it away ourselves, but we'll set it where it needs to go.
Water, drain, plug-in power and venting are within our scope. Gas lines and hard-wired connections require a licensed trade, which we'll arrange or refer.
